In Adoration Of The Moon And Thee

The moon spred its pale, dim light oer a castle
by the sea. A castle where a curse was laid upon me.
A masquerade was taking place and the music swept around me.
I walked gloomy hallways and sipped on my blood red wine.
Then I saw thee, a jewel more beatiful then the stars.
You lowered thy mask for me. Raven-haired, Jaded-eyed and
full of fire and passion. I fell in love with thee that night.
- Oh mighty Luna, what spell didst thou cast on me.
You lulled me away from the festival and together we embraced
like to lover at death in the scarlet moonlight.
At midnight you pierced my skin with your glistening
white fangs and draw out my delicious crimson liquor.
In a whirl of passion and your sweet scent, I drunk the
poisoned nectar from thy veins.
- "I have given thee the outermost gift, thus is thou one of us"
she whispered with her sensual voice.
My eyes were blurring, and I let out a last moan. Shutting out
the world of darkness and pain, I sunk into the blessed darkness.

Awaked in the dawn, not een knowing her name, my queen was gone.
I strolled around amongst the statues like a blind soul for hours.
The mist swirled around me and sorrow overwhelmed me.
I never saw thee again, but thy memory always existed in my mind.
